The NL West leading Dodgers handed the Pirates their third straight loss Wednesday night. Clayton Kershaw limited Pittsburgh to three runs on six hits while striking out eight for his 11th win of the year. Pirates hurler Wandy Rodriguez didn't fare as well, surrendering five runs on ten hits through just five and two thirds. L.A. center fielder Matt Kemp drove in three. And Pittsburgh center fielder Andrew McCutchen blasted his 24th home run of the season but it was in a losing effort as the Dodgers trumped the Pirates 9-3 at PNC Park.
