The Cincinnati ace allowed just three hits over seven scoreless innings while striking out nine. Cueto lowered his ERA to 2.21 while improving to 9-3 on the season. He even drove in two runs on the day as well. Brandon Phillips opened up the scoring for the Reds with a two run homer, his tenth of the year, off starter Brian Duensing in the bottom of the fourth as the Reds shut out the Twins 6-0.
