The Braves dropped an extra-inning affair to the Giants at Turner Field on Wednesday night. San Francisco went up 3-1 in the top of the 10th courtesy of a Chipper Jones throwing error and a Melky Cabrera RBI single. But the lead was short-lived thanks to Brian McCann. With Atlanta down to their final out, McCann belted a game-tying, two-run homer to left off reliever Santiago Casilla. However, the Giants had the last laugh. Brandon Crawford and ex-Brave Gregor Blanco each connected on three-run homers against reliever Chad Durbin in the top of the eleventh as San Francisco beat Atlanta 9-4.
