Angels Blow Huge Lead, Fall to Rays

The Los Angeles Angels led the Tampa Bay Rays 8-0 early on but C.J. Wilson and the bullpen couldn't hold on as the Rays rallied for seven runs in the fifth inning and beat the Angels, 10-8.

The Rays rallied past the Angels in a slugfest on Saturday night. Los Angeles took an early 8-0 lead as Mike Trout went 3-for-4 with a homer run and 3 RBI, Albert Pujols drove in two more with his third inning homer, but Tampa would storm back. Ben Zobrist drove in three with his bases clearing double in the fifth, while Evan Longoria and Carlos Pena both blasted two run homers as the Bay Rays shocked the Halos 10-8.
