Serena Williams rallied to beat top-ranked Victoria Azarenka 6-2, 2-6, 7-5 in Sunday's US Open final for her fourth Open title. The three-set women's final was the first at Flushing Meadows since 1995, as Williams came through with a late charge to become the first woman to win Wimbledon and the US Open in the same season since a decade ago, when she did it. Williams also becomes the first 30-year old to win the US Open since Martina Navratalova in 1987.
