At the third round of the John Deere Classic, American Troy Matteson moved into the top spot on the leaderboard. The 32 year old shot a five-under 66 on the day putting him at 18 under for the tournament. Matteson holds a three-stroke advantage over fellow American Steve Stricker, who also shot a five-under par 66 on Saturday. Final round action can be seen Sunday on the Golf Channel and CBS.
