Matteson Leads PGA John Deere Classic

Troy Matteson shot a 5-under 66 in the third round of the PGA John Deere Classic. Matteson now leads the pack at 18-under while fellow American Steve Stricker is three strokes behind.

At the third round of the John Deere Classic, American Troy Matteson moved into the top spot on the leaderboard. The 32 year old shot a five-under 66 on the day putting him at 18 under for the tournament. Matteson holds a three-stroke advantage over fellow American Steve Stricker, who also shot a five-under par 66 on Saturday. Final round action can be seen Sunday on the Golf Channel and CBS.
