Major League Baseball announced on Monday that Phillies starter Cole Hamels has been suspended five games and fined for intentionally throwing at Nationals rookie Bryce Harper. Hamels plunked Harper in the back with a fastball in the first inning on Sunday night and after the game the Philies starter admitted that he deliberately threw at Harper.
