The league-best Clippers rode their franchise record 15-game winning streak into Salt Lake City for a road tilt against the Jazz Friday night. Randy Foye's season-high 28 points enabled the Jazz to open up a 19-point third quarter lead. But Chris Paul carried his team with the game on the line in the fourth. CP3 scored a game-high 29, including Los Angeles' final 7-points of the contest. However, the Clippers needed one stop in the closing seconds to extend their streak. Matt Barnes suffocated Foye on his potential game-winning three-pointer and the Clippers escaped with the 116-114 victory to extend their winning-streak to 16.
