Tampa Bay's Doug Martin found the endzone twice on the afternoon. His second, a 1 yard plunge gave the Buccaneers a 20-17 lead early in the fourth quarter. However, Matt Ryan led Atlanta down the field to set up a three yard score from Michael Turner that proved to be the difference as the Falcons edged the Bucs 24-23. Cutler was an efficient 23/31 for 188 yards with a touchdown and an interception as the Bears cruised to a 28-10 victory. However, the win came at a cost as Chicago lost Devin Hester, Matt Forte, Charles Tillman, and a pair of starting offensive lineman all to injury in their game agains the Vikings (( soundbite ))

The Giants crushed the Packers in a prime-time matchup that featured the past two Super Bowl Champions. Eli Manning threw for 249 yards and three touchdowns. Manning moved into sole possession of the franchise lead for touchdown passes with 200, passing New York legend Phil Simms. The Giants defense forced two Aaron Rodgers turnovers and held the Super Bowl 45 MVP in check after a 61 yard hookup with Jordy Nelson in the first quarter as New York walloped Green Bay, 38-10.
